  • Personalized day-of timeline — including event highlights (toasts, first dances, cake cutting, etc.) and coordination with vendors (sunset photos, transportation services, etc.).

  • Custom venue floorplans — including reception layout and fillable seating chart spreadsheet.

  • Final meeting 2 weeks out to finalize all details and coordination.

  • Final venue walkthrough with caterer and venue coordinator.

  • Rehearsal coordination & walkthrough.

  • On-site, day-of event management — including a day-of coordinator’s assistant.

  • Custom budget spreadsheet and breakdown.

  • Final coordination calls with any vendors of your choosing — ensuring every detail is confirmed and accounted for.
